JR SOUS CHEF
. To assist in daily operation and kitchen management.
. Produce high quality dishes following recipes and standards.
. From time to time, work with the head chef in menu development.
. Ensure consistency and quality of food preparation and presentation.
. Must be able to do inventory, costing, manage wastage.
. Provide supervision and directions to junior team members.
. Supervise kitchen inventory and ordering process.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity, with knowledge in western and asian cuisine.
SPM or Recognized professional certificate & Diploma in Culinary Arts.
Leadership & organizing skills.
Willing to work on weekends and public holiday.
Age at 18 – 40 years old.
This job will be based in ampang.
